ZIGFLEX
Our ZIGFLEX material is a thermoplastic elastomer or sometimes referred to as TPE contains the highest tear properties available for a TPE.

Any defective toy must be returned within 15 days of date of purchase for a full refund or credit.

There are no guarantees on how long a Crinkit will last, however if you are not satisfied with the quality or durability of the Crinkit you may return it within 15 days of purchase date. Although Crinkits are durable when used interactively, they are not meant to be chew toys. Supervised play is recommended anytime your dog plays with their Crinkit. We ask that you understand what type of chewer your dog is before you purchase a Crinkit.

Quality matters and that’s why we manufacture Crinkits in a facility that produces ECHO friendly toys for Planet Dog and other quality brands, in Spring vale, Maine.  Our material is also sourced in the USA.

ECO durable
ECO durable is how we describe our product.  TPE is a natural material, easy to recycle, and most of all, it consumes less during production.  Although highly durable, this product is for interaction and is not a chew toy.

We recommend this product to dogs over 20-25lbs.
