Can you deliver the same day I order?

It’s possible, but it may be at the expense of our other clients, who give us the requested 72 hour notice with their orders (excluding weekends). Talk to us about our Auto Ship program, to schedule deliveries based on your past usage and your troubles will be over.

No, we don’t have a physical store; everything is online. We specialize in home and office delivery.

We get our products from the same place as your local store does. However, we don’t let our products sit on a shelf, waiting for someone to buy them. Instead, we order our products as needed, to ensure they are fresh and up-to-date.

If we deliver the wrong product, call or send us an email anytime. We will then deliver the right product and take away the wrong one. If you are not happy with your products, let us know and we will do everything we can to make you happy.  All Natural Pet Grocer products come with our PAWS guarantee.

Yes, you can always edit the frequency of your delivery. Simply login to your account and change the frequency (number of weeks) you want products delivered. Changes can be made at any time, as long as they’re 24 hours prior to your next delivery.

Currently, we only offer free local delivery to those who live within a 15 mile radius of Collegeville, PA. If you live outside our local delivery area, we have a flat rate shipping for dog and cat food that weighs over 4lbs.  Please email for details on shipping rates for outside local areaNatural Pet Grocer Currently Does not Provide Service to Alaska and Hawaii for Pet Food or Litter weighing over 4 lbs.

If you live in a secure building, let us know how to get in and where to leave the delivery (at the rental office, with a neighbor, etc.).

Currently, we only deliver Monday through Friday, but remember: you don’t have to be home when we deliver!

Absolutely, checks can be made out to Natural Pet Grocer.  Please note that there is a $25 return check fee.

When ordering through our site charges are processed immediately.  When paying for recurring, we will send an electronic invoice that can be paid securely through our Paypal processing account.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Natural Pet Grocer accepts: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa through our secure payment process with PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders. Checks and Money Orders should be made out to Natural Pet Grocer.Now accepting credit card via mobile reader via Square in addition to Paypal.

What time do you deliver?

We do most of our deliveries during morning and evening hours, unless weather is a hindrance. If that is the case, we will make every attempt to deliver as soon as possible.

Do I need to be home when you deliver?

No, simply post delivery instructions on your account page (e.g. leave product(s) at the front door, put them behind fence in backyard, etc.) and they will be delivered accordingly.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Natural Pet Grocer Free Home Pet Food Delivery offers weekly service to homes and businesses.  Depending on the area you live in will determine which day of the week your order is delivered.  To receive and item with a rush delivery, please note there may be a special delivery charge fee. However, some special order items take longer to deliver and we make every effort to let you know when they are expected to arrive.

Raw Food Delivery Instructions?

*Raw dog food options for Natural Pet Grocer are currently only available for local delivery.  Terms and Conditions apply.  Please call or email for more details before placing your first order for raw food itemsRaw food items need to be kept in a cool place for storage upon delivery. Special delivery instructions apply when delivering raw dog food.
